Yes, Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2014 N 1604 "About the Lists of Medical Contraindications, Medical Indications and Medical Restrictions to Driving a Vehicle". Drivers are allowed to drive vehicles for medical reasons based on the results of passing a medical Commission by a candidate driver with the issuance of a medical certificate of the driver of the established sample. The full list of medical indications with which a disabled person can be allowed to drive a vehicle, as well as diseases with which he should not be allowed to drive a vehicle, is established by the decree of the government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2014. N 1604 "About lists of medical contraindications, medical indications and medical restrictions to driving". Contraindications include: I. Mental disorders and behavioral disorders (in the presence of chronic and prolonged mental disorders with severe persistent or often aggravated painful manifestations) 1. Organic, including symptomatic, mental disorders 2. Schizophrenia, schizotypal and delusional disorders 3. Mood disorders (affective disorders) 4. Neurotic, stress-related and somatoform disorders 5. Personality disorders and behavior in adulthood 6. Mental retardation II. Mental disorders and behavioral disorders related to psychoactive substance use (prior to the termination of the dispensary observation in connection with the stable remission (recovery) 7. Mental disorders and behavioural disorders associated with psychoactive substance use III. Diseases of the nervous system 8. Epilepsy IV. Diseases of the eye and its appendage 9. Achromatopsia 10.
