This depends on the federal entity, not on a national regulation. Example: CDMX TRAFFIC REGULATION CDMX MOBILITY LAW REGULATION Article 131.- A Type A driver's license may be issued to people with disabilities, when they have a prosthesis that guarantees the safe driving of the vehicle or, when without the latter, they demonstrate the adequate and safe driving of the vehicle as long as meet the requirements established above.
